Monolith’s conception began over thirty years ago when President Russ Sutton started his career in the construction and general contracting industry. Fifteen years ago, Mr. Sutton changed career paths to open a custom commercial millwork and cabinet shop focusing on the hospitality industry. After years of managing customers and growing relationships, Russ launched Monolith Hospitality to provide the turnkey design and construction services his customers needed.
Vince oversees every aspect of Monolith Hospitality's renovation projects. From estimating and bidding to product & subcontract buyout and project management, Vince brings the level of organization and dedication required for a successful construction project.
Vince began his career in the restaurant business, but has used his knowledge of construction to provide years of value and experience to Monolith Hospitality.
Cory manages the development of new business for Monolith Hospitality. He began his career in the hospitality industry in 2004, eventually moving to Monolith to grow the business within the hospitality industry.
Cory graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC with a degree in Marketing/International Business.
Amber-Rhiannon is our newest interior designer. She began professional designing as an intern for Monolith during her senior year at the Art Institute of Atlanta. An honor student at the Art Institute, she was awarded Most Outstanding Contributor to the Interior Design Department for her work as ASID Student Chapter President and her volunteer work with organizations like Habitat for Humanity. Her unique boutique-hotel design was a prize winner in the 2008 Design Star competition.

Meghan Bazemore - Design Director
Monolith Hospitality is pleased to announce Meghan Bazemore as the new Design Director. She brings over eight years of professional experience to the Monolith team. As a graduate from the University of Alabama, with an Interior Design degree, Meghan has focused her career in the hospitality industry. She started in timeshare renovation design and expanded into mid-scale to high-end hotel design and project management of both new build and renovation properties. During her time as Lead Designer at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Meghan earned the “Standing Ovation” award, the highest level of the Performance Recognition Program, “Applause”. Meghan’s passion and dedication to the hospitality industry is apparent through her continued role in NEWH, The Hospitality Industry Network. She has been an active member of the organization since 2003 and currently holds the position of VP of Development for the Atlanta Chapter.
