This allows us to provide your property with hotel granite vanities, countertops, under-mount bowls, tub surrounds, etc., all at very affordable prices. We also maintain tight relationships with local fabricators in the case of broken material, last minute additions, or custom lobby pieces.

Monolith has entered into a joint venture to provide our customers with an in house fabrication option for those large custom pieces that make such an impressive statement as guests enter your hotel. We have both a Water Jet cutting system for cutting those complex curved designs as well as a Bridge saw which operates at exceptional speed to reduce fabrication time and help keep costs and turnaround times to a minimum. Our state of the art facility is well equipped to provide the efficient manufacturing of custom pieces and to operate in an environmentally friendly “Green” fashion.  The fabrication process has been developed in such a way that we are able to utilize an onsite non potable water source for most of the needs of the water jet, this coupled with a high-tech filtration system enables us to operate as a closed loop system with the only two buy products being sand and water.
