Residence Inn - Raleigh NC

Monolith completed the renovation of the Residence Inn in Raleigh, NC in the fall of 2010.  This property was the first Residence Inn in North Carolina.  Monolith was hired to breathe new life in to the Generation 1 Residence Inn Gatehouse lobby.  With an all new package based off the Innfusion scheme including new FFE, millwork, study pods, community table, and more, the newly renovated lobby is a much needed refreshment from the original design.  Monolith was the designer, FFE Purchasing Agent, and General Contractor.
