A Monolith Opportunity has begun in Charlotte, NC.  Monolith has been chosen to completely reinvent the old Registry Hotel at the corner of Woodlawn & Billy Graham in Charlotte, NC.  This hotel has been just about every brand you can imagine, but now, it is being put back on the map as a Courtyard by Marriott.  Monolith was contracted as the hotel renovation general contractor, handling all of the exterior and interior renovations.  Including a complete EIFS facial, all new windows and PTAC’s, extended rooms via removing the balconies, all new Standard Courtyard brand interior FFE, and an all new CYRB Lobby, this property will be the premier Courtyard in Charlotte.  Monolith partnered with MindsEye Architecture out of Charlotte to make this once forgotten hotel a true gem in the city of Charlotte.
