Hampton Inn & Suites - Wilmington NC

Monolith completed the renovation of the Hampton Inn & Suites Landfall in Wilmington, NC right before the July 4th holiday in 2010.

This property marks the completion of Monolith’s third Hampton Inn Perfect Mix Lobby renovation.  The renovation included all new finishes and FFE including wood-look tile floors, custom bar, registration desk, community table, new buffet sliding doors, window treatments, lighting, seating, etc.  Monolith also completed the corridor renovation with all new carpet, wall vinyl, can lights at the guestroom entry doors, and paint.  Also, the bathrooms got a makeover with all new vanities, granite tops, faucets, tile, wall vinyl, and shower conversions in the king bathrooms.
